In our cosy restaurant, designed by ourselves in a modern country house style, you have the opportunity to treat yourself to a culinary break with a gourmet menu.
On balmy summer evenings, the journey to Kreischa is worthwhile if only because you can also enjoy our excellent cuisine in the open air in the romantic rose garden behind the house.
As a Slowfood supporting member, we always work seasonally and pay attention to the quality and origin of the products we use when shopping.
Modern country kitchen
SUSTAINABLE and yet not cerebral. REGIONAL and yet cosmopolitan. INNOVATIVE and yet down-to-earth.
And beyond:
We love and live our herbs and spices. They are nurtured, cared for, dried, pickled, ground and harvested all year round.
Then they take centre stage for us.
Because there is a little story to tell about each one. They make my cooking what it is: cooked with a lot of heart.

Our two sommeliers Stephanie & Christian ensure relaxed evenings centred around the theme of wine and enjoyment. In contrast to stiff events where guests feel uncomfortable and bored, we offer young and dynamic infotainment in a familiar atmosphere.
